These Terms of Service govern your use of HandIQ. By using HandIQ, you agree to these terms.

HandIQ Service

HandIQ lets you save poker hands, request AI-assisted analysis, and review analysis history. AI responses are educational and informational only. They are not professional, financial, gambling, or legal advice, and they should not be treated as a guarantee of poker outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Use HandIQ only where lawful and in compliance with applicable platform rules, poker-room rules, and local laws.
• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or abuse HandIQ or its backend services.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the hand histories, notes, feedback, questions, and other content you submit. You grant HandIQ permission to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service. Permanently de-identified improvement use is optional and is governed by the separate consent control in HandIQ Settings.

AI Output

AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

Accounts and Availability

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms or could harm HandIQ, users, service providers, or others. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Referral Program

Referral rewards are promotional analysis credits, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred. Each account may claim one referral code, including after completing hand analyses. Claiming a code adds up to 10 bonus analyses to that account. The inviter receives up to 10 bonus analyses after the invited friend completes their first successful analysis. Referral rewards are capped at 50 analyses per UTC calendar month and 150 total analyses per account. Rewards may be withheld or reversed when we reasonably identify self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automation, or other abuse. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

HandIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandIQ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or gambling-related losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HandIQ after an update means you accept the updated terms.
